This patient was presented to Dr. Nusbaum for his hair restoration options. His goal was to fill in the crown and his frontal third scalp area. Hair transplant surgery was performed utilizing 4180 grafts. These postoperative results are showing the patients results at eight months. 4180 follicular units:635- 1's2375- 2's1170- 3's and 4's

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
