This patient was presented to Dr. Nusbaum for his hair restoration options. His goal was to fill in his frontal third. Hair transplant surgery was performed using 2836 grafts. The patient is shown preoperative ans twelve months postoperative.

Bald class
Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
