This patient in his late thirties was presented to Dr. Farjo for his hair restoration options. Hair transplant surgery was performed using 3781 grafts to produce the following results at 14 months postoperative.. He dropped in to see us recently. He is using finasteride which seems to have stabilised his hair loss.
Bald class
Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
