A 52-year-old Caucasian male who had receding hairline especially at both temples. He had 1 session of FUE 4 years ago and still looked sparse and wanted to increase the density and lower both temples hairline. His hair is fine, straight and light blonde. He has very good donor hair density (87 follicular units per square centimeter) and good scalp laxity. He underwent another FUE using 0.9mm WAW punch, the amount of grafts is shown below;
1-hair = 193 grafts
2 hairs = 427 grafts
3 hairs = 413 grafts
4 hairs = 84 grafts
A total of 1,117 grafts (2,622 hairs) were transplanted at both temples. Below are photos of before and after surgery (10 months). Overall FUE scars are minimal. The patient is very satisfied with the result.
