This patient came to Dr. Rahal in his mid-40s with deeply receded temples and thinning in his mid-scalp. With 4324 FUT grafts (8895 hairs), Dr. Rahal was able to lower the patient's temples, creating a more age appropriate hairline.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
