This is a 34 year old patient who requested hairline restoration. He also inquired about filling a left temple defect that resulted from a forceps delivery at the time of his birth. He underwent restoration of his hairline region and the left temple defect using 3063 grafts. Presented here are 8 month postoperative photos. He was fortunate to show strong early growth. Also presented are immediate postoperative and 10 day postoperative graft placement photos.
