The strategy with the 2 initial FUT procedures of 2382 and 1850 respectively was to cover 2/3 of the balding pattern with transition to the crown. Patient is very pleased with the framing and coverage achieved - likely additional restoration as donor allows via FUE or FUT to add further balance to the vertex .

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
