This hair restoration patient with Norwood Class 4 pattern underwent a follicular unit transplant with Dr. True to shore up his frontal hairline erosion and add density to the vertex. A total of 1926 grafts were transplanted via strip procedure consisting of 435 singles, 1222 doubles, 269 threes.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
