Procedure detail
This patient is a 38 year old gentleman whose goal was to augment the frontotemporal angles to give a smoother appearance to his hairline. He wanted to have frontotemporal recessions, but not as pronounced as he did.
Given his age, and almost no other hairloss (patient is taking finasteride to help prevent further hairloss), we densely packed 2196 grafts into the frontotemporal angles with a few grafts in the central anterior hairline to bridge each side. Photos were taken one year and two years after the transplant.

There is a slight recession of the hairline around the temples. This is also known as an adult or mature hairline.
