This is a patient who came in to the office a week ago. He had a transplant about 4-5 years ago to fill in the temples and to strengthen some of the hairline. He received 303 single grafts, 686 double grafts, and 227 big grafts, for a total count of 1216 grafts.The transplant has held up quite well over the last four years, particularly since he has likely lost some of his pre-existing hair in the more anterior part of the hairline through natural thinning.
