This hair restoration patient is a 37 year old male who presented with androgenic alopecia, with thinning affecting FF, frontal HL, anterior lateral humps, and crown. Plan 2700, mostly into recreation of frontal portion, namely frontal hairline, FF, bilateral recessions, and central core. 2742 total grafts were used during his hair transplant surgery: 854 ones; 1736 two’s; 152 three’s. Acceptable closure tension. Trichophytic closure.
