This patient was a 48 year old male with a Norwood class IV pattern of hair loss. 1 hair transplant session session of 2,437 grafts was performed. The final post-op pictures are 1 year later.

Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
