This hair restoration patient came to see Dr. Hasson in October, 2007. 4200 grafts were placed in one hair transplant surgery session to restore the hairline and the top of the scalp. His hair characteristics are obviously wavy with a slightly above average hair shaft diameter (coarse). He started on Propecia a few months before the procedure during his initial consultation.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
